While Cornerstone conducts its own community outreach through our Coffee House, Supper Bowl and Prison ministries, we also provide a home base for three non-church, community-oriented organizations. These community programs include Strong Harbour Strings, Circus Arts and Narcotics Anonymous. In order to truly help a community, you have to help all of its parts.
Strong Harbour Strings is a community music program for Elementary and Jr. High aged students. It strives to create equal access to music education and performance for young people residing in under served neighbourhoods through experiential learning and mentoring relationships. We are proud to be a partnering sponsor of Strong Harbour Strings! It meets at Cornerstone Ministry Centre every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon.
